Job Description:
Everest Labs is seeking a talented and motivated E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and proficiency in Photoshop AI to create high-quality images for our website and social media channels. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects and contribute to the overall visual strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:
– Create white backdrop and lifestyle images for our website.
– Design graphics for social media ads and posts.
– Ensure all images meet high-quality standards and align with our brand aesthetics.
– Perform touch-ups and background removal on product images.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for email campaigns and newsletters.
– Design promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and brochures.
– Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
– Provide input on the overall visual strategy and branding efforts.
– Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.

Required Skills:
– Proficiency in Photoshop AI: Ability to perform touch-ups and background removal with precision.
– Graphic Design Tools: Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
– Eye for Design: Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
– Efficiency: Capability to quickly and effectively edit product photos with correct lighting and white backdrops.

Compensation:

– Range: Earn $100 – $300 AUD per 10-15 quality graphics, depending on the complexity and quality of the design.
– Flexibility: Payment is based on the number of quality graphics delivered, which may vary week to week based on the company’s needs.
– Expectations: Some weeks may require up to 15 graphics to launch new products, while other weeks may have fewer requirements.
