Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic e-commerce team and help grow our presence across key channels such as Amazon, Walmart and Shopify. As a key player in our marketing and sales efforts, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and drive customer engagement and sales conversions across our product listings. This role requires a blend of creativity, e-commerce understanding, and the ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

This role is 100% remote work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including product images, A+ content, banners, infographics, logos, and promotional materials that comply with Marketplace guidelines and standards.
-Drive sales and ensure a positive shopping experience across various devices by consistently providing high-quality, mobile-optimized designs for Amazon Marketplace pages.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, focusing on maximizing visibility and conversion rates on and other channels.
-Reference our brand book and branding guardrails to ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and digital assets.
-Use customer insights and performance data to iterate and improve visual content, aiming to increase engagement and conversion rates.
-Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends in design, and e-commerce best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive and appealing to our target audience.
-Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
-Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual communication of products, making them more compelling to potential buyers.
-Creation and iteration of SOPs to ensure our team can continue to scale whilst maintaining a high level of operation and execution.

KEY RESULTS:
-Drive listing conversion rate on net new listings (5% CVR is below standards, 10% is standard and expected, 15% and above excellent)
-Drive improved listing conversion rate on legacy listings (less than 100 basis point improvement is below standards, 100-250 basis point improvement is standard and expected, 250+ basis point improvement is excellent). Example – CVR improving from 5.00% to 6.00% would be a 100 basis point improvement.
-Optimize listing click through rate by testing new main images and creative assets for advertising campaigns.
-Run at least 20 creative A/B (split) tests per month
-Plan and execute on roadmap to ensure full graphic coverage across 100+ product listings, including 8x Product Images per variant, 1x Product Video, and full Premium A+ Content.
-Build a backlog of scheduled social media and Amazon posts, facilitating 3x posts per week, with at least 8x week’s worth of content at any given time.
-Less than 3x monthly occurrences of customer complaints related to misleading imagery by ensuring the production of clear and accurate visual content.

WHO YOU ARE:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales-focused graphic design
-Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills, particularly in an e-commerce context.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software, in addition to Canva, AI tools, and -Microsoft Office Suite.
-Familiarity with various Marketplace Content guidelines and requirements including Amazon and Walmart
-Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and web design best practices.
-Ability to interpret and adhere to brand guidelines and marketing strategies to produce effective designs.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and proactively ask questions and address issues.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
-Experience with photo editing and optimizing digital images for web.
-Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
