Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic eLearning team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging eLearning materials, including interactive multimedia presentations, illustrations, infographics, and other graphics. You will collaborate closely with our instructional designer and content developer to ensure that our eLearning courses effectively convey information and enhance the learning experience.

Responsibilities:
– Design visually appealing and interactive eLearning materials, including multimedia presentations, illustrations, infographics, and other graphics, while adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives
– Collaborate with our instructional designer and content developer to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging visual designs
– Create storyboards and wireframes to conceptualise and communicate design ideas effectively
– Develop high-quality graphical assets using industry-standard design tools and techniques
– Edit and enhance existing images, illustrations, and audiovisual elements to improve their visual impact
– Ensure that all graphic designs are optimised for various eLearning platforms, including web and mobile devices, while maintaining a consistent user experience
– Collaborate with the eLearning team to incorporate graphics seamlessly into interactive learning modules
– Stay up to date with current design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies relevant to eLearning graphic design
– Contribute to the development and maintenance of a library of reusable graphical assets and templates

About you:
– Graphic design qualifications and proven experience (2 plus years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the eLearning or digital media industry
– Proficiency in and past experience in using graphic design software:
— Adobe Creative Suite
— Articulate
— G-Suite (preferred)
— EdApp (preferred)
— World Manager (preferred)
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including eLearning materials, multimedia presentations, illustrations, and infographics
– Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition
– Experience working with instructional designers and content developers to translate complex concepts into visually engaging designs
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
– Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
