Location: Remote
Working Hours: 2 Different Shifts for 2 different candidates: 5 days a week plus every other Saturday – 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM EST (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM PHT) & 2:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PHT)
Are you a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer with a knack for Email Marketing? Do you excel in a dynamic, remote work environment? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

– Graphic Design & Visual Communication: Create engaging graphics for marketing materials, social media, and online platforms. Your design skills will be central to our brand’s visual identity.

– Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and optimize for better engagement. Your expertise in this area will directly impact our sales and customer retention.

– Live Chat Sales Support: Assist with sales and customer inquiries through our live chat during your shift, providing a seamless and supportive experience for our customers.

– Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to other marketing efforts with your experience, which could include social media management, content creation, or any other relevant skills you bring to the table.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Graphic Design and Email Marketing is essential.

– Familiarity with the latest design software and email marketing tools.
– Experience in e-commerce, including product listing and visual merchandising, is highly desirable.
– Solid understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to design and communication.
– Excellent customer service skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
– Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey messages in our marketing materials and customer interactions.
– Flexibility to adapt to our working hours and the demands of a remote work environment.
– A reliable and goal-oriented professional who can meet deadlines and work independently.
– Additional skills such as basic coding, website management, or video editing will be a significant plus.
