Our print-on-demand (POD) business is in need of a skilled graphic designer with a background in creating Print on Demand items. We are looking for someone who can manage all the responsibilities outlined below.

To start, we offer a trial period of approximately four weeks, during which you will be compensated on a per-design basis. This trial will help us determine if we are a good match. Following the trial, there is potential for a permanent position with regular pay and additional responsibilities.

Our main audience is located in the USA. The exact market segment will be shared later. Experience in designing for this specific audience could be a crucial factor in the hiring decision.

Familiarity with American culture, consumer behavior, and lifestyle, along with excellent written English skills, will be beneficial.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Demonstrating strong graphic design skills, especially for T-shirts, sweatshirts, necklace message cards, coffee mugs, pillows, accessories, and all-over-print items.
– Adapting and recreating provided designs to fit our brand while ensuring originality. You should be able to conduct market research and generate your own ideas.
– Creating promotional images for most of the designs you produce.
– Occasionally taking care of graphic design tasks for our website, such as banners and images.
– To expedite the hiring process, please provide answers to the following questions:

1. What is your availability, and when can you start?
2. Can you share your design portfolio (attachments, links, etc.)? Google files preferred. (Canva portfolio less desirable).
3. Do you work from home?
4. How many years of experience do you have in graphic design?
5. How reliable and fast is your internet connection?
6. What is your rate per design during the trial period?
