Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join the team at Boombox, a design first, branding and web design agency.

As a rapidly growing company, we are currently at a point where we need to scale up our operations to meet the demands of our clients and continue to deliver the exceptional work that we are known for.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of branding, web design and marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• A passion for design and a desire to create great work
• Excellent attention to detail, the desire to learn new skills, grow and develop.
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house team, with a focus on branding and web design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent technical skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Experience in After Effects and PowerPoint is a distinct advantage
• The ability to, or desire to learn to build websites in Webflow

Responsibilities:

• Crafting brand identities from concept through to final delivery
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and stunning website designs in Figma
• Design of marketing assets including, social media posts and ads, email marketing newsletters, reports and brochures and pitch and presentation projects.
• Development of websites in Webflow for the right candidate
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that all work is current and relevant
