Graphic Designer for a Digital Marketing Agency (Australian Client)

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team. The
candidate must demonstrate expertise in creating visually appealing designs for
marketing and advertising collateral, such as social media content calendars, paid
social, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, and sales collateral. The candidate will be
working with a number of brands across multiple industries.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working on a range of projects,
collaborating with content and marketing teams, and ensuring that designs adhere
to platform specifications. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker who can
work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment, have a strong portfolio
showcasing innovative design skills, and be proficient in Photoshop and/or InDesign
and Google suite of products.

The ability to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects with high accuracy is a must.

Responsibilities:
– Create visually compelling designs for various digital media.
– Produce graphics for social media content calendars and paid socials.
– Design flyers, brochures, and sales collateral that align with brand identity.
– Collaborate with content and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute
design projects.
– Ensure that designs meet specifications and guidelines for multiple platforms.
– Manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced agency
environment.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends in the industry.
Requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant field.
– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign and other design tools.
– Proficient in designing within Google slides and/or Microsoft Powerpoint.
– A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design skills.
– Basic HTML5 coding skills for delivery of Display creatives.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects while meeting tight
deadlines.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels is a
plus
