Graphic Designer for Book Covers (KDP) and more

Hello, we are looking for a graphic designer in the field of KDP and POD for our German company.
If you are a graphic design expert, you are CREATIVE and your drawing skills are really good, then we have an opportunity for you!
What we are looking for: Part-time Graphic Illustrator/Designer for a long term relationship.

You:

– are reliable, responsible, trustworthy and motivated and you love to improve your skills
– can draw/create complete designs and graphics by yourself .
– are highly skilled in working with llustrator and Photoshop (or similar programs) 
– can adapt a Textdesign (font, colours, general style) easily to fit into a different niche and you can change your style in many different directions (using given examples)
– should have a high level of brand awareness, so that you know which graphics or words may or may not be used for designing (examples: nike logo, superman, movie characters…).
– have to use fonts, that are allowed for commercial use or such fonts which were bought by us (we will give you access to fonts.) In the beginning you have to tell us, which fonts you have used for designing.
– have to do revisions of the designs, if necessary.
– have to deliver a PNG-File of any design (and the source file in a format which we can use and edit).
– are not allowed to give any designs you have made for us to others.
– should have a good and stable internet connection.

Your understanding of the English language is good or very good (all communication will be in English).
For Worfklow we will use, Trello/Notion, Telegram/WhatsApp and for file upload Google Drive.

What we offer:

We pay $2 per design. We want a good cooperation, with on time delivery of designs and of course on time payment. We start with 20 designs per week. We want and will grow and therefore our staff will grow as well.

Payment will be done through Wise (former Transferwise), this is positive for you and us, because there are much less fees than with Paypal. We can send you the amount in dollar and you can receive it directly in PHP (and without fees for you), that worked very well in the past.
Payment period is negotiable (usally once per month).
We somehow need an invoice from you for every payment . You’ll get a template for this.

We will communicate on a regulary basis and maybe have video calls. We will see what kind of communication works most efficient for us.
You´ll receive design requests on a rollin basis, some days more some days less. There is no specific deadline, designs should be done as soon as possible.
If collaboration happens, we will give you access to websites like creative fabrica where you can find templates and vectors. So very few designs will have to be made from point zero.

If you want to apply directly with a test work, please create a test book cover (front+back) for a bullet journal with the motto mindfulness/selfcare. We envision a warm, floral, unisex cover with the title “my bullet journal – my balance”.
