Graphic Designer For Creating Klaviyo Emails (MUST HAVE Ecommerce Email Experience)

ASPEKT is an email & sms agency, working directly with DTC brands, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate graphic designer to assist in creating emails and sms for ongoing client projects. Expected commitment is at part time to start and graduate to full time within the first month or earlier if more projects come on.

Your primary role will be communicating with clients, designing emails for clients, setting up emails for clients in Klaviyo or other email software, and help with any other graphical work we might need. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

– Adobe Suite
– Figma
– Google Drive Suite (Docs, Sheets, Etc)
– Slack
– Email Service Providers (Klaviyo, Sendlane, Omnisend, etc)

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate and brainstorm with the marketing team to define design briefs and requirements.
– Design conceptualization, mockups preparation, and final design creation
– Render and present design mockups for revision and feedback.
– Maintain brand consistency for clients across all designs
– Keep up to date with the latest design trends, and techniques.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in creation of email templates, photo editing, photo design.
– Knowledge of best practices in Graphic Design (proficiency & quality)
– Keen eye for detail and strong portfolio of digital design work.
– Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Sendlane, Mailchimp, Omnisend, etc)
– Experience with client communication
– Experience in writing copy
– Experience working with ecommerce or direct to consumer (DTC) brands.

Nice to Haves: (but not required)
– Up to date with latest AI tools and software. (ChatGPT, Photoshop Generative AI, Midjourney, etc)
– Experience with HTML & CSS
