Job Description

Join our dynamic, collaborative, and high-energy e-commerce team of exceptional individuals! We’re on the hunt for a creative, dedicated, and passionate Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to something greater. Tasks:

– Create compelling and memorable social media graphics and ads tailored for TikTok & Instagram feeds, embodying the principle “It’s not creative unless it sells.”
– Utilize high-quality User Generated Content (UGC) to design a diverse array of ads that capture attention and drive sales. Given our high volume of testing, expect to produce around 50 ads per week.
– Participate in briefing sessions with creative ideas, and don’t shy away from diving into performance data to optimize creative strategies. You’ll receive guidance from our performance marketing team and access to the necessary analytical tools.
– Stay ahead of the curve by identifying new trends on TikTok and Instagram, and find inspiration in the advertising strategies of other innovative brands for daily creative input.

Requirements:

– A passion for working in the Adobe Creative Suite, with particular expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects for motion graphics is a plus.
– 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a background in e-commerce or digital advertising.
– Previous experience managing or collaborating closely with a team of graphic designers and video editors.
– Strong copywriting and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling ad copy and effective team collaboration.
– In-depth knowledge of social media advertising, especially for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
– Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Gdrive, Adobe Creative Cloud, Air, etc.
– A balance of creativity and analytical ability, with a knack for making data-driven design decisions.
