Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our ministry team. This individual will play a crucial role in visually representing our message and values across various digital platforms. Your work will be instrumental in reaching and impacting our audience, helping them find solace and strength through our ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design compelling and effective thumbnails for our YouTube channel and podcast, ‘Healed By Faith’.
– Create visually engaging images for our range of products, including guided prayers and free PDF downloads.
– Develop creative and eye-catching thumbnails for social media videos, including reels.
– Design materials for display on our website and within our videos.
– Schedule posts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Craft engaging and relevant captions for our posts.
– Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize our digital content.
– Design and manage web pages on Kajabi.
– Assist in outreach to potential collaborators such as podcast hosts and social media influencers.
– Contribute to the overall branding and visual identity of Healed By Faith.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design.
– Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
– Experience in social media management and content scheduling.
– Knowledge in branding, SEO, and keyword research.
– Familiarity with Kajabi or similar web page design tools.
– Excellent communication and writing skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
– Alignment with the values and mission of Healed By Faith ministry.

Additional Considerations:

– Hours per week will vary depending on workload and ministry needs.
– Candidate must be comfortable working in a small, closely-knit team environment.
– Experience in a faith-based organization is a plus, but not required.
