Graphic Designer for the Pet Nutrition Industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design and Image Editing: Create visually engaging graphics and edit images to enhance brand appeal and communication.
2. Label Design: Develop innovative and eye-catching label designs for Alpha Dog Nutrition products, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
3. After Effects for Video Production: Produce high-quality after-effects for various video content, including whiteboard explainer videos, to effectively convey the brand’s message.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce managers and external agencies to synergize efforts in creative development.
5. Creative Testing and Improvement: Actively identify areas for improvement in existing creatives. Implement and test incremental changes to enhance conversion rates and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
6. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and creatives align with the brand’s identity, message, and standards.

Qualifications:

– Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
– Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
– Strong portfolio showcasing creative, design, and technical skills.
– Excellent visual communication skills to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
– Experience in creating label designs and working with video after effects.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and proposing creative solutions.
– Experience in e-commerce and digital advertising is a plus.
