Key Responsibilities:
– Create visually appealing and engaging designs for websites, ensuring they align with our clients’ branding and marketing goals.
– Utilize WordPress front-end builders to effectively implement and layout the designs you create.
– Collaborate with our copywriters, developers, and clients to deliver outstanding user experiences through your design work.
– Occasionally engage in direct communication with clients via email to understand their design requirements and incorporate their feedback effectively.
– Maintain a high level of work quality and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Strong graphic design skills with a proven track record of creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for websites.
– Proficiency in utilizing front-end development tools and frameworks, particularly WordPress builders.
– Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
– Demonstrated ability to meet company-set KPIs and deadlines consistently.
– Flexibility to work varying hours, as long as KPIs and project milestones are achieved.
– Availability for communication between 9-5 PH time.
– Comfortable with communication via video chat, Zoom, and Slack.
– Keen eye for design trends and the motivation to upskill in web design and development.
