Working closely with the CEO of Forte School of Music & Piano Teaching Success you will be an integral part of our small team focusing on growing our businesses with your flair for graphic design, friendly customer service and eye for detail.
You will be an integral member of our design team you will be building sales pages, lead magnets and creating artwork for our various campaigns and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) and email marketing. Attention to detail and ability to learn and work in various software programs including Canva, Kajabi, and Active Campaign. You will also be our customer service superstar in our Shopify store, submitting and following up on orders with both customers and our supplier.
This position may be great for you if you:
• have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and can communicate comfortably and effectively with all types of people.
• have a flair for design and love using Canva expert.
• are resourceful and are able to stick with a task and find a solution or workaround.
• are organised, reliable and dependable detailed-oriented & enjoy a fast-paced environment
• have the ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise tasks well and at the same time are happy to be flexible and pivot with ever-changing priorities, as this will happen!
• have the ability to take direction and work well with others and
• have a strong desire to learn and progress and are adaptable and able to learn new software and systems quickly
Working Australian business hours, you’ll be working during daytime hours . That’s right you WONT be up half the night on US time!
Requirements:
Must use Mac Computer
Stable and fast internet connection (100mbps+). Please attach a screenshot of your internet’s speed test
Knowledge and experience creating graphics using Canva
Social media & tech-savvy
Ability to use Google Sheets and keep files organised
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok,etc.)
As our valued team member you will also be involved in helping out on our other channels including YouTube, Active Campaign, Kajabi, Leadpages. Please detail any experience you have working on any of these platforms.
