Graphic Designer / Illustrations

Role and Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the product development team to create visually appealing drawings and illustrations for our home decor products, ensuring they align with our brand identity and customer preferences.
– Design eye-catching and engaging graphics for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter, to promote our products and engage with our audience effectively.
– Develop installation guides and specification sheets that are clear, user-friendly, and visually appealing, providing customers with a seamless experience when using our products.
– Demonstrate a keen sense of design taste, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporating them creatively into our visual materials.
– Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute captivating visual campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand awareness.
– Collaborate with the content team to enhance blog posts and other written content with relevant graphics and images to enrich the overall reader experience.
– Translate abstract concepts and ideas into visually appealing and coherent designs for various print and digital materials, such as flyers, brochures, banners, and email newsletters.
– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables.
– Take ownership of the design process from concept to final execution, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of design work.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a home decor or related industry, showcasing a diverse portfolio of creative design projects.
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
– Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and impactful designs.
– Experience in creating technical drawings and illustrations for products, along with a strong understanding of product design and development processes.
– Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging social media graphics that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interpret design requirements accurately.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
– Creative problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to design challenges.
