Graphic Designer (In House)

Our web platform serves real estate agents and professionals across all industries, allowing them to edit, customize and send postcards using our templates. We take pride in the elegant templates we provide, and always strive to cater to unique needs with our custom options.

About You:
Keen to learn and enjoy team collaboration.
Open to seeking help and welcoming creative feedback.
Highly Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with other design software is a plus.
Possessing strong knowledge of typography and color principles.
Capable of communicating in English, both spoken and written.
Graphic Design & Chili Deliverables:
Design templates for clients based on given specifications.
Adjust templates in InDesign for our system’s requirements.
Load templates into our editing platform and set up variable data.
Configure templates in our web app, linking template variables for user access.
Conduct tests and QA on templates to ensure functionality.
Handle other design-related tasks.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Be open to training and continuous learning.
Design Team:
You will collaborate with a dedicated team that includes three graphic designers, one Chili Uploader, and Customer Support Staff. Your primary point of contact and reporting will be to our Design Manager. We foster a culture of open dialogue and value every question, ensuring that no concern is deemed insignificant.
Training:
In this role, training is paramount. You will undergo thorough training, imparted by a seasoned member of our design team, on the nuances of our Template Creation & Editing Platform. Patience during this learning phase is essential, as we aim to equip you comprehensively. In addition to hands-on guidance, instructional tutorials will also be made available to support your learning journey.
Working Hours & Salary:
Your scheduled work hours are from 6am to 3pm in the Arizona Time Zone, with a one-hour lunch break included. The hourly wage for this position is $4.75.
PTO, Sick Days & Local Public Holidays:
You will receive 20 days, which can be allocated between Sick Days and Paid Time Off (PTO).
