Graphic Designer needed for Youtube Thumbnails for growing channel

I’m looking for an amazing YouTube thumbnail artist with a clear understanding of the algorithm and what drives CTR. I currently have a fulltime editor so you would be a valuable addition to the team. The ideal candidate must be able to:

Create thumbnails with little to no direction based on the content of the video
Make suggestions for designs based on the video topic
Have an in-depth understanding of current design and pop-culture trends
Be organized
Be extremely driven and creative and has a desire to be the best!

*Selected candidates will be given a sample project to test for skills and techniques prior to being offered an interview.

Job Requirements:
* Great english communication skills
* Well-versed with editing softwares like photoshop and illustrator
* Ability to do photo manipulations, dynamix text, and create a cohesive branding through design
* good internet connection
* Prior experience and examples of relevant work
* Bonus if you are knowledgeable about the YouTube algorithm and can provide title suggestions based on video content

Pay:
Initially pay will be based on a per project basis. As of now my only design need is Youtube thumbnails which will start at $10 per design and I will be needing 8/mo. The scope of work will likely adjust as time goes on.
You will be paid based on the type of project produced.
You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.

Quick About me:
I am a full time resort and brand photographer who also owns an education company that teaches creators how to land high paid content deals with large travel companies such as Four Seasons, Westin, Royal Caribbean and more. My clients are established creators who have what it takes creatively to work for big time companies, they are just unaware of the business side of the industry.
