Graphic Designer & Online Store Manager

We are a Graphics company focusing on Graphic T-Shirts (at the moment) and are looking for a core team member to work with us.
It will start as a part time position with a base pay plus a performance bonus, but increasing both in the future is the goal for everyone.
We need someone with great attention to detail.
We would want you to have 2 years of working knowledge in Graphic T-Shirts (or equivalent) doing content creation and content/sales tracking and have been an positive asset to the success of the companies you have worked for.
It is helpful if you have worked as a Team Manager.

The role would be taking care of both artistic skills in content creation as well as some content uploads to print-on-demand services.
It is good if you know:
Photoshop
Illustrator
AI
Shopify
Facebook Marketplace
Google Sheets
Printify
Keeping good records and tracking digital assets and transactions would be part of the role as well.
This will be a very hands on and integrated position after a startup period with lots of room to grow.
