Working Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (days and time to be determined once hired)
A graphic designer will be responsible for turning client messaging and strategies into digital and print collateral in a wide variety of formats. From websites and eBooks to ads, brochures and educational white papers you will be responsible for maintaining specific client design standards.
Above all else, the graphic designer must possess the ability to brainstorm and develop engaging layouts in a wide array of digital formats, for clients across a wide range of industries. You should be extremely organized and capable of moving easily between client brands. The ability and desire to work closely with others is a must.
Core Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of a client’s visual identity in order to produce strategically sound creative solutions.
• Execute basic layouts with finesse, managing all elements of design such as type, photography, and graphics.
• Collaborate with writers and client service team to develop innovative conceptual ideas leveraging strategic input from creative briefs.
• Develop and execute creative ideas in multiple media, incorporating fresh and contemporary design elements with proven design and production techniques.
• Regularly attend and participate in internal meetings.
• Present concepts to internal team members for feedback and approval with the ability to build rationale behind concepts.
• Understand clients’ business strategies.
• Interact with staff to clearly understand project deadlines and instructions.

Requirements
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Commercial Art/ Design or in a related field.
• Should have at least 3- 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a similar role.
• Strong conceptual creative design skills.
• Excellent layout and production skills.
• Must have a collaborative skill set, and the ability to think creatively.
• Ability to understand, suggest, and effectively communicate rationale for creative solutions.
• Must have a strong design portfolio
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with design software and technology (Adobe Products and the like).
• Some knowledge of simple animation techniques a plus
• Some experience with PHP,CSS, HTML is a plus
• Web design experience with an understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
