Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer with UX and Print Advertising Focus

We are currently looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to work with our existing client. As a Graphic Designer with a focus on UX design and print advertising, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual assets that span both digital and print platforms. Your primary goal is to create compelling designs that enhance user experiences, drive brand awareness, and achieve marketing objectives.

Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

Print Advertising:
Design print advertisements for various mediums such as newspapers, magazines, billboards, and direct mail campaigns.
Adhere to brand guidelines and messaging objectives while creating visually striking and memorable print ads.
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of materials.

Digital Design:
Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Brand Consistency:
Maintain consistency in design elements, brand identity, and messaging across all digital and print assets to strengthen brand recognition and integrity.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and standards in all design deliverables.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing managers, copywriters, developers, and printers to align design solutions with marketing goals and messaging strategies.
Communicate effectively with team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, UX/UI design, print production, and advertising to continuously improve skills and processes.
Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to remain competitive in the field.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, and print advertising roles.
2. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as prototyping and wireframing tools.
3. Solid understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design concepts.
4. Experience with 2D/3D designs.
5. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
