We specialize in the software development of SaaS products for the higher education, non-profit, and small business segments throughout the United States. We are looking for a graphic designer with at least 3 years full-time professional experience. This position also REQUIRES a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

In this role you’ll be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for translating complex concepts into visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. With a minimum of three years of professional experience, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to develop engaging visuals for our SaaS platform, including user interfaces, marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, and social media assets, as well as brand assets like logos, apparel, and style guides. Your keen eye for detail, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and ability to adapt to evolving brand guidelines will ensure that our visual identity remains consistent and impactful across all touchpoints. You will be issued a corporate laptop and your primary tools will include Affinity Designer, Photopea, Canva Pro, and will use PenPot (similar to Figma) for UI work.

Scenario 1: Bachelors Degree and 3+ Yrs Experience

– First 6 Months: 30,000 Php / Mo (Probation Period)
– First Year Raise: Up to 10% increase
– Second Year Raise: Up to 10% increase
– Additional Raises: From 1% to 5% annual increase based on performance.

Scenario 2: Masters Degree and 3+ Yrs Experience

– First 6 Months: 35,000 Php / Mo (Probation Period)
– First Year Raise: Up to 10% increase
– Second Year Raise: Up to 10% increase
– Additional Raises: From 1% to 5% annual increase based on performance.
