We currently employ 5 Filipino assistants who run and manage every aspect of our business. Most of whom want to be with us for between one and three years. We’re looking for long-term, reliable staff who want interesting and challenging careers.

THE GRAPHIC DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create visually appealing designs for a range of digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines.
Develop graphics for online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather input and feedback, incorporating necessary changes into the designs.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge and effective visual solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in graphic design software
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Understanding of the healthcare or medical field is a plus.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS
Starting pay rate: min 250 PHP per hour
You will get paid on the same day as your start every week via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exception work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata) once the first full year of service has been completed
