The Role:
As our Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create high-quality design solutions that speak directly to our clients and prospects. From stunning property brochures to eye-catching social media graphics, your work will contribute directly to our market presence and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, offers, email marketing campaigns, social media graphics, banners, and more.
Create and edit multimedia content for online and offline platforms.
Work with external printers and suppliers to ensure quality outputs and timely delivery of materials.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or a similar sector.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility in design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
