Position: Graphic Designer (Remote)
Location: Philippines

Company Overview: We are a dynamic outsourcing company seeking talented graphic
designers or an agency with a keen understanding of urban, street, and modern aesthetics. Our
client, a leading brand in the lifestyle and cannabis industry, requires designs that resonate with
a hip-hop, Los Angeles, and gangster vibe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a
cutting-edge brand and contribute to a distinctive visual identity.

Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with our US-based client to deliver 90 approved designs per month.
? Create visually engaging and innovative sales flyers (8.5 x 11) that reflect the street,
urban, and hip-hop culture of Los Angeles.
? Ensure all designs are on-brand and meet the client’s aesthetic standards.
? Demonstrate a strong understanding of typeface selection, color theory, composition of
text, product images, CTAs, and logo placements.
? Constantly generate fresh and unique design concepts to maintain a dynamic and
appealing brand presence.
? Work effectively with a remote team of designers to meet tight deadlines and deliver
high-quality work.
? Participate in regular design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
? Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency and accuracy
across all deliverables.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with US clients in similar industries.
? Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create street, urban, and modern designs.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
? Excellent understanding of contemporary design trends and urban aesthetics.
? Keen eye and cultural understanding of US streetwear, gangster, and cannabis
aesthetics.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
? Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
? Experience in producing high-volume design output without compromising quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous experience working with lifestyle or cannabis brands.
? Familiarity with Los Angeles culture and its influence on street and urban design.
? Ability to understand and translate brand guidelines into compelling visual content.
