Graphic Designer – Setting up saving and managing files, artboards, mockups

Hi,

We are a UK based Car, Formula 1 and Motorsport Art Brand and are looking for a junior graphic designer to join the team. The team is full of freelancers from around the world and our shop manager is also based in the Philippines.

The job will be mainly saving files/mockups, setting up artboards in illustrator or photoshop, organizing files, naming files and management of artwork.

Tasks
Setting up new and old Art – We need someone to help setup artwork. Like getting saved cars and adding them to new backgrounds, adding fonts/text and colours. Setting up artboards for the different sizes and saving different sizes with required names.

Saving Mockups – We have many mockups that we need to be always saving when we have new approved art. So lots of saving, renaming files and organizing.

File Management – We need help saving many files into different folders, updating names, google sheets with file locations.

Google search – sometimes you will need to use google to find car models or photos.

Requirements
This is an easy job and can be quite repetitive so only apply if you are happy to manage, name and save lots of files. Because of this we are only looking for a junior or someone that is happy with such a role. For the right person it will be a very long term gig but the hours will be different each week from 2-20hrs depending on the amount of work we have each week. The rate depending on experience will be $3-5 an hour. You must have a good working knowledge of adobe photoshop and illustrator. And a basic graphic design background or interest.
