We are a US-based boutique social media agency committed to elevating purpose-driven brands. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive, adaptable Graphic Designer with a flair for social media design to join us on this exciting journey.
Job Overview:
As a member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in producing a diverse array of graphic design work. The workload will vary weekly, though we strive for consistent deliverables on a monthly basis. Expect some weeks to be busier than others, with the overall workload balancing out. Additionally, certain months may demand more extensive work, such as creating new logos or developing a comprehensive suite of assets for special projects like course launches (we may also hire a separate candidate in these cases as well depending on your skillset/availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute various graphic design tasks regularly, with an emphasis on social media content creation, particularly for Instagram.
Employ tools like Canva for crafting visually appealing social media content for multiple brands.
Use software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to create additional design assets as needed (e.g., logos, podcast graphics depending on skillset).
Collaborate closely with our team to support branding initiatives (separate opportunities may arise for this).
Requirements:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines (typically 24-48 hours during the work week- depending on the tasks).
Proven experience in graphic design for social media or related fields (marketing/social media experience is a must).
Comfort and sensitivity in working with topics related to women’s health and mental health.
Flexibility and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
