Social Media Marketing
Job Description:
The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization’s products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, acquire leads/customers.
Responsibilities
1. Develop marketing strategies properly and marketing plan for both Dahua and customers; prepare marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies; create and maintain a favorable public image for the company; coordinate all marketing activities include trade show, grand opening, roadshow, exhibition and so on to generate leads; track performance of all marketing campaigns.
2. Collaborating with the marketing manager to develop and manage the social media content calendar to ensure content is aligned with business objectives.
3. Creating and scheduling approved posts for social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn guided by reports on the social media consumption habits of different communities, to maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
4. Collaborating the marketing manager and designer in creating social media graphics and slides using Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
5. Conducting hashtag research and suggesting appropriate and effective hashtags to generate traffic and increase brand awareness.
6. Gathering photos, videos, and social media story ideas to create engaging and relatable content that resonates with our audience.
7. Regularly reviewing all our social media profiles to ensure they are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.
8. Monitoring Dahua social media channels and responding to queries and other messages in our social media accounts promptly or referring them to a team member who can provide a helpful response.
9. Studying social media trends and staying up-to-date on changes in each platform such as new features, paid advertising features, measurement tools, community standards, etc., to adapt our social media strategy accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. A degree or relevant training in Marketing, Communications, or related fields with experience in social media marketing.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of increasing engagement, followers, and traffic to social media accounts.
3. Graphics experience and ability to create visually appealing content that reflects the company’s branding preferably using Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
4. Social media savvy and up-to-date with trends on Facebook, Instagram (Stories and Reels), TikTok, and other social media platforms.
5. Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling social media content that resonates with different target audiences.
6. Possess advanced knowledge of online marketing tools, as well as productivity software such as MS Office, and social media platforms to manage social media accounts effectively and analyze social media metrics.
7. Demonstrated experience with third-party social media management scheduling tools such as Agorapulse, Later, or Buffer
8. Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work, with the ability to proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and consistency.
9. Experience in using Canva or other design software to create engaging graphics and visual elements for social media posts.
Graphic Designer
Job Description: This role is primarily responsible for the development of visual communications, visual strategy execution of complex project requirements, and delivery of appropriate creative design concepts for internal and external presentations and campaigns across print and digital platforms. This includes the overall layout, design, and production activities and contributing to the development of new concepts, graphic standards and templates, and improved processes and workflow system
Responsibilities
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Ensure all tasks are completed with high quality and on schedule
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Work with a wide range of media by using Adobe software
DSLR or Smartphone Video Recording and editing
Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts
Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
Manage timelines and prioritization of workload
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts or any related course
At least three years of work experience in the field of graphic design
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design After Effects,etc.)
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Possesses creative versatility, conceptual and visual ability and originality
Knowledge in photo shooting and video recording is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail
Very good interpersonal skills
