Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Assistant

Graphic Designer Wanted for E-Commerce & Social Media Marketing

* Visualize and develop innovative graphic designs using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies
* Incorporate relevant branding, marketing, and communication strategies in designs
* Conceptualize layouts and designs for marketing use in all media campaigns including email, social media, ect.
* Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately
* Complete design projects independently and collaboratively within given deadlines
* Identify content creators from various social platforms and facilitate their onboarding process
* Manage, assist, and liaise with potential content creators to ensure timely deliverables
* Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
* Have strong written and oral English language skills.
* Have a creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital landscape and social media trends.
* Be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Demonstrate a keen interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Responsibilities
* This role focuses on print and digital media to help deliver our brands to new customers and maintain our current customer relationships. Creative content will include, but are not limited to:
* Brand logos
* Infographics
* Advertisements
* Package inserts
* Custom packaging
* Web Design (landing pages, layouts, banners, etc.)
* Social Media Posts
* Email Marketing
* Consistently deliver creative solutions for visually based problems or needs

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
* Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
* Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
* Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of spreadsheets
* Comfortable working 9 AM – 5 PM EST
