We are currently seeking a talented T-shirt and Poster Designer to join our team for a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and how to create designs that will make our products stand out.
Responsibilities:
Create eye-catching designs for T-shirts and posters
Understand and implement design trends
Collaborate with the marketing team to create on-trend designs
Research and pitch new design concepts
Requirements:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva
Experience using Coda project management (not a requirement, we will train as it is easy to understand)
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
