Graphic Designer to Join Our All Remote Team

Imagine yourself for a minute, working for a fun all-remote team, and not one of those teams where everybody kinda works on their own thing but where you work as a team on multiple dynamic and growing companies. You can set your work hours and nobody cares what you wear 🙂

You will be working with 2 Location Independent bosses both with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience.

Together with a team of around 25 people, you will be challenged to think outside the box. You will create beautiful, and more importantly, effective funnels, (mini) sites, and membership sites to promote the products of our different companies.

Who we are
We are a location-independent global but small company with team members from over 14 countries working to build a SaaS holding company. By creating standardized and repeatable systems and our unique ‘L.A.U.N.C.H. Framework’ we bring SaaS companies to life. These products are either created by ourselves or by partners if they qualify by our standards.

This allows you to work in multiple companies and optionally grow to become the CEO of one of these companies with all the extra benefits that would bring of course.

Your Responsibilities & Personality
To fit this position you would take on the following responsibilities. Note that if you are ambitious and want to grow you will need to expand your responsibilities gradually to become the person that can lead and grow companies without anybody telling you what to do.

Your responsibilities
– Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
– Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
– Design logos for brands
– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
– Design and deliver a variety of designs and assets in suitable formats
– Design high-converting sales pages and landing pages
– Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications
– Edit product videos for sales pages
– Create graphics for a blog, websites, and social media
– Build web pages

Requirements needed to fill the job space efficiently:
– Proficient in using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and other image/video editing tools
– Experience working remotely and autonomously
– Proven work experience as a graphic designer (Portfolio required)
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
– Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
– Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
– Experiment and use AI to be more efficient in your design work

What happens when I get hired?
We have a +/- 2-week onboarding period which includes a lot of reading about processes, flows, docs, and getting to know the various software we use. It’s a FULL-on (paid) bootcamp. After we’ll give you a small test just to make sure all is clear, what you might need to work on more and just to make sure you did the work. When the onboarding is over the real work (and learning) will start.

How and when do I get paid?
We pay either every 2 weeks or per month. We prefer Paypal or Payoneer but we’re open to discussing other options if needed.

We pay based on hours worked so this means there is no overtime, you get paid for every hour worked. We use a tool to track hours worked – we do NOT use this to ‘spy’ on you but it is obligatory as we heavily use it for planning and KPIs so we can improve our project management.

Are there set hours I need to be working during the day?
No – we have a few standard meetings everybody needs to be present and sometimes during for example a product launch you will be asked to jump into webinars that will be time-bound of course.

We are looking to hire 2 designers – and 1 person will have the opportunity to grow further into a Design Manager (that is do design work but also manage other designers, approve their work, mentor them, set styling guidelines etc).
