The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating unique and engaging, on-brand graphics to be used primarily for e-commerce using Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator.
Essential Functions:
-Focus on repeatability with consistency for quality.
-Meet quality, accuracy, and output goals set by managers.
-Review and understand design briefs and determine requirements.
-Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
-Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
-Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs with Adobe Suite or by Hand.
-Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
-Work with the creative team, manager, and director to produce the final design.
-Make revisions based on feedback.
-Ensure graphics and layout are visually appealing and on brand.
-Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
-Perform quality control and create specified deliverable files before items are uploaded to the asset management platform.
-Demonstrate independence and self-discipline in planning daily assignments by comparing internal and external due dates against workload.
-Ask for help early after assessing the ability to reach a due date cannot be done with given resources.
