Graphic Designer – VA for U.S. Client

THE ROLE: Graphic Designer – VA for a US base company. This is a key company position where you will be working directly with the VP for Marketing and Marketing & Social Media VA. VA must work Full-time (40 hours per week). Benefits such as vacation, sick leaves, holiday offs, and a monthly allowance plan to pay for government statutory benefits will be made available when the team member passes the probationary period.

WORK DESCRIPTION:
– Work directly with the VP for Marketing and Marketing & social media VA
– Creation of all kinds of artworks, presentations, and videos as needed
– Marketing Collaterals
– Willing to learn and be trained on how to create landing pages
– Develop visual assets to support any marketing campaign of the company.
– Designing a graphic overlay for social media posts.
– Formalizing the layout for a print ad.
– Aside from creating graphic designs, you will also be creating shorts from long videos.
– Translate into graphic/visual designs the ideas and concepts discussed by the team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
– Full-time commitment at 40 hours per week
– Flexible working schedule with a requirement to attend pre-scheduled departmental / team meetings
– Spoken and written English
– Graphic Design

Proficiency in or able to learn VERY quickly:
– Canva
– Filmora
– Kartra
– WordPress
– ZOOM
– Slack
– Google Workspace

Equipment Requirements:
– Reliable Internet and Home Office Set-up
– Back-up internet connection preferred

Hours of the job are U.S. Business Hours – Day Time (Eastern Standard Time).

Successful Candidates will demonstrate the ability to take initiative and be the “right hand” of the client.
After six months, the job can convert to regular employment with health benefits and paid time off.
