Graphic Designer + Video Animator

We are a boutique Australian research consultancy looking to hire a Graphic Designer + Video Editor. This is a day shift job—6am to 3pm (PH) during daylight savings (October to March) and 7am to 4pm (PH) during non-daylight savings (April to September).

The Design Team is responsible for producing various research communication design assets, such as infographics, social carousels, whitepapers, research reports, illustrations, and short videos. The new graphic designer who will join theteam must be highly familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

However, we have other equally (or maybe even more) important requirements:

– Attention to detail: Do you notice if the alignment is 2 pixels off?
– Can follow instructions: Can you execute a design task with very minimal clarifications or corrections required
– Problem solver: Can you take initiative, apply new techniques or think of creative solutions to challenging design requests?

What to expect:

– We use Hubstaff to log work hours, but we don’t use it to track computer activity or take screenshots. We value your privacy.
– We have daily 30 minute scrums first thing in the morning.
– We get paid once a month at the end of each month. We like big paydays!
– We pay a fair amount so you can cover your own health insurance, SSS contribution, and 13 month bonus.
