POSITION: FULL-TIME GRAPHIC DESIGNER & VIDEO EDITOR

HOURS: Monday – Friday, approximately 40-45 hours per week, working on Pacific Standard Time sometime between the hours of 7am – 7pm PT

EXCLUSIVE: This is a full-time position, and you must work exclusively for us with no other jobs or freelance positions. This is for a long-term hire.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Social Media graphic design best practices

• Creative and Artistic abilities

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other graphic design software

• Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and composition

• Ability to create and manipulate vector graphics and illustrations

• Experience in creating logos, icons, banners, and other visual assets

• Understanding of typography and its usage in design

• Image retouching and enhancement techniques

• Knowledge of different file formats for web and print

• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

• Ability to cut and trim footage, add transitions, and apply visual effects

• Experience in color grading and correction to enhance visual aesthetics

• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual animation

• Understanding of video codecs and exporting formats for different platforms

• Audio editing and mixing skills to synchronize sound with visuals

• Knowledge of storytelling and pacing to create engaging videos

• Very detail-oriented

• Creative Ideas for new content, campaigns, reels, videos, etc.

• Knowledge of Google Drive e.g. Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.

• Knowledge of software: Asana and Slack a plus

• Must be a self-starter and take ownership of projects and tasks
