Job Description:
As a Video Editor & Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for editing and configuring video templates from Envato, as well as providing a range of administrative support to our sales team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our video content is engaging and professional, while also contributing to our lead generation and qualification efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Edit and configure Envato video templates to create professional video ads.
Customize templates to meet the specific needs of our projects.
Perform regular updates and enhancements to video content.
Ensure video quality and consistency align with our brand standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve video editing issues.
Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification.
Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between leads and the sales team.
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with leads.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video editor.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Experience with Envato video templates and video customization.
Strong understanding of video production techniques and aesthetics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Experience in lead generation and sales support.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Compensation:
Starting salary of $300 for the first 30 days of training and assessment.
Upon successful completion of the training period, salary increases to $450 per month.
Work Schedule:
Available shifts:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST
Monday to Friday, 5pm-1am EST
