Graphic Designer/Video Editor

As a Graphic Designer/Video Editor, you will take on a multifaceted role, contributing to various aspects of our creative content production. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

**Video Production:**
– Create eye-catching video ads for promotional purposes.
– Clean up and enhance live webinars or recordings to produce polished content.
– Extract clips and segments for use in social media stories, shorts, teasers, and podcasts.
– Transform recordings into vlogs, adding a creative touch to enhance engagement.
– Develop commercials and ads for upcoming events and product launches.
– Craft highlight reels or Same Day Edits (SDE) to capture the essence of live events.

**Brand Development:**
– Design multiple versions of logos suitable for various background types.
– Maintain brand consistency by using company colours, fonts, and graphics across all media.
– Create a brand kit that ensures uniformity in design aesthetics.
– Adapt the style of videos and graphics to match the tone and personality of the company or client, whether it’s fast-paced, cinematic, funny, energetic, colourful, or minimal.

**Design and Graphics:**
– Utilize animation and graphic design skills for logo creation and enhancement.
– Edit and enhance videos and manipulate images for striking visuals.
– Create engaging PDF documents, edit documents, and design digital and print banners and flyers.

**Additional Skills (Asset to the Position):**
– Proficiency in HTML and other coding languages.
– Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, web design, and page layout.
– Prior experience as a Social Media Manager.
– Capable of 3D design and 3D modeling.

**Software Proficiency:**
– Adobe Editing Software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, or equivalent).
– Da Vinci Resolve for advanced video editing.
– Blender for 3D modeling and animation.
– Handbrake for video conversion.
– Canva for graphic design.

**Qualifications:**
– A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your skills in video editing, graphic design, and related areas.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
