Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Designer to manage all proofing, creating, and sending them to our customers. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in social media and Woo Commerce, and possess excellent communication skills in English. They will be responsible for making proofs, designs, and vectorizing logos, with extensive experience in CorelDRAW and AI. The Designer will also follow up with customers on campaigns and drop ship workflows, and must be familiar with gift letters and the correct verbiage for different types of businesses.
Responsibilities:
Manage all proofing, creating, and sending them to customers
Follow up with customers on campaigns and drop ship workflows
Use CorelDRAW and AI to create and vectorize logos
Create gift letters using templates or researching the appropriate verbiage
Attend team zoom meetings and communicate effectively in English
Make sure that orders are accurate and details are properly noted
Requirements:
Have experience in CorelDRAW and AI
Experience with social media and Woo Commerce
Knowledge of gift letter verbiage for different types of businesses
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS in English, both verbal and written
Highly detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to attend team meetings and collaborate with others
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
