We’re a Dutch dropshipping company and we’re looking forward to hit 7 figures in sales this year. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer specialised in conversion-driven creatives for e-commerce and dropship products. Your primary role is to create visually compelling designs that directly impact our sales and conversion rates.

Your responsibilities will include:
Designing for Conversion: Your designs should be aimed at driving conversions and sales. You’ll create engaging visual content that persuades visitors to take action, such as making a purchase or signing up for our services.
Conversion Optimization: Your work will involve implementing best practices in design to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. You’ll continuously seek ways to optimize creative assets for improved performance.
Multi-Platform Creatives: You’ll be tasked with designing a wide range of creative assets across multiple digital platforms, including website banners, social media ads, email marketing campaigns, and product listings. Your designs should be tailored to each platform’s specific requirements.
A/B Testing: Collaboration with our marketing and analytics teams is essential for conducting A/B tests on your creative assets. You’ll use data-driven insights to refine and improve designs for better conversion results.
Multitasking: Given the dynamic nature of e-commerce, you’ll need to manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Timely delivery is crucial, and you should excel at juggling various tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Creativity: We encourage you to infuse your creative vision into each project. We’re looking for innovative ideas that engage our audience and ultimately drive conversions.
