We are passionate about providing high-quality custom, and fun products to our customers. We’re currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our production team, focusing on editing portrait photography and custom photoshop design work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and retouch face portraits with the use of Adobe Photoshop and/ or Adobe Illustrator
• Work closely with a member of our team to complete repetitive custom designs to meet daily orders
• Be receptive to feedback and willing to make necessary revisions to meet project goals
• Be reliable, goal-oriented and able to work independently at your own schedule.
• Ensure all designs meet the specific requirements of each customer
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic design, digital arts, or graphic arts (Preferred)
• At least 2+ years of experience with graphic design such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• We will be able to teach you how to meet our customer’s requirements but we are not able to teach the use of the adobe suite
• Reliable desktop/laptop with Windows or iOS Operating System.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software.
• Wired DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MBPS.
• Some knowledge of other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, Wayfair
• Project Management and communication via Google Workspace, WhatsApp, basecamp, slack
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to follow detailed instructions and workflow every day via Google Drive and possess a quality of patience and determination to meet custom repetitive Photoshop orders. This role will work closely with our team members to receive daily tasks and ensure all photos are completed each day (Monday through Friday) using a schedule that works best for you and your family. We will provide in-depth training and support at all times.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours a week.
• All of the hours are on flexible time
•We can be reached for help and support CST: 6AM – 8PM
•The schedule is entirely flexible providing all designs for daily orders are met on time
SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary is $5-$6/hour.
• 13th-Month Pay
• Unlimited Paid Time Off pending manager approval (available after 90 days)
• 11 Paid Public Holidays (Philippines)
• Annual Salary Increment
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Flexible work/Life Balance
• Salary depends on experience. Paid biweekly.
