Graphic Designer WordPress front end Developer

We are a marketing agency with over 50 clients and growing. We need someone who can work on multiple projects each day.
We are looking for a long-term team member, not just an ” outsourcer”. This is very important to us. If you are looking for a short-term freelance position, this is not the right fit for you.

We will provide and pay for your access to the entire Adobe creative cloud in addition to your salary.

We do require the US At least 20 hours of your schedule each week to be worked during MST hours. this is a MUST. If you are able to work all of your hours US time that is even better. . We do track hours in time doctor , so please be okay with that.

We are looking to add an amazing full-time Graphic Designer WordPress , WordPress web builder, to our team. You will be working alongside our in-house Developer and designer. We are looking for someone who has outstanding design skills and can help build custom WordPress sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create Print Marketing based on best practices.

Design Custom website mock-ups and perform revisions to clients’ required look and feel using Adobe XD
Create custom designs into functional, responsive, cross-browser compatible web experiences within WordPress
Experience with (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP)

Implement best practices for SEO and site performance metrics
Update websites built by other designers quickly when needed.
Print design, including brochures, postcards, ads, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years experience as a front-end WordPress Website designer/ graphic designer
Strong knowledge of the web, interactive design/development process
Proven organizational skills and relentless attention to detail
The ability to learn and understand our niche ( medical/ Dental marketing and to understand what drives consumers for our clients

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Adobe creative suite
experience in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript/ jQuery, PHP, and GIT
Experience in WordPress: creating custom themes and implementing custom design solutions, as well as experience with page editors like elementor
Proficient with Advanced Custom Fields Plugin
Ability to develop responsive websites with a mobile-first approach

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
Professional level knowledge of industry-standard design software and tools about development usage such as inspecting designs, saving assets, etc.
Multitasking & Time Management skills are a must- the ability to jump from one client project to the next, etc.
Highly communicative with the ability to coordinate between account and development teams
Able to work independently
Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency
Ability to be a self-starter & Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have: ( please let us know if you have any of the following skills)

Experience with Zapier and other API integrations
GoHighLevel sites, funnels and workflows
Facebook Ads experience
