Do you know what makes a great YouTube thumbnail?

Hi! My name is Fabi. I’m a budding beauty influencer hoping to grow my YouTube channel as big as I possibly can.

I have a background in web design and computer programming. I have created my own thumbnails for all my videos, but it takes time away from filming.

Therefore, I am looking for the next SUPERSTAR for my team. Someone with drive and passion who will always strive to make the best thumbnails possible.

You and I will run A/B tests to discover what thumbnail styles are more effective. We will learn together.

The position will start as FREELANCE (3 YouTube thumbnails per week) , and if things go well it could become a PART-TIME position.

** Required **
Advanced Graphic Design skills
Advanced Photoshop skills
Experience creating thumbnails for YouTube (and other social media platforms)
Excellent verbal English
Excellent at following directions

** Responsibilities **
Creating thumbnails for YouTube videos
Creating graphics for Instagram

If I decide to move forward, the next step will be a paid test project. The test project will ask you to create a thumbnail similar to an example from the doc.
