About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer / YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team. The Thumbnail Designer will create about 15 thumbnails and or social media posts per day for Top YouTube creators and Top Brands from concept to completion. These images will focus on eye-catching design and design data provided through analytics research and understanding of new media trends while also building and contributing to our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and will also love to dig into analytics and trends to employ a “right brain/left brain” approach to thumbnail creation and social media creation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in design
– Specializes in specifically YouTube Thumbnails and Manipulation
– Must be extremely familiar with the new media/content space, especially YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Twitter
– Able to proactively own & execute design tasks independently, as well as prioritize tasks
– Understanding of design process and feedback
– Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
– Experience in marketing, and/or advertising
– Understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, and or After Effects is a plus
– Fluent in English
– Keen eye for detail
– Reliable Internet
Responsibilities
– Define the look, feel, and overall design language of all future creator thumbnails and social media posts
– Create thumbnails and or social media designs daily
– Offer suggestions for improvement of design process and branding to creators
– Communicate with each Creator in helping them push out consistent thumbnails for their videos
– Help each creator or brand improve their designs by analyzing their analytics
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 4:00 pm MST (10:00 pm to – 6:00 am Manila Time)

Pay: $4.30 an hour / $690 a month
Education:
At least High school or equivalent
Experience:
Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)
– Adobe Photoshop: 3 years (Preferred)
– Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Preferred)
