Job Overview
Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for creating captivating marketing assets? Virtual Sherpa is seeking 2 skilled individuals to join our team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning materials that elevate our brand and drive engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
• Designing and producing a variety of marketing assets including sales landing pages, wireframes, infographics, brochures, branding assets, and other sales materials.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine designs to meet project objectives.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of our visual content.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Proven experience creating marketing assets for various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration and prototyping is preferred.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.

Additional Information
As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a design task with a 36-hour deadline. Further details regarding the task will be provided upon shortlisting.
