Graphic Logo designer needed for branding campaign

I need a talented and creative graphic artist to create graphic art similar to what is seen at this link: Click to view/portfolio

Artist must:
* Be creative and collaborative
* Be able to create unique designs with little direction from me
* Have previous sample work similar to the linked designs
* Have quick and clear communication
* Ability to do unique typography and create cohesive branding through design
* All designs must be original. No canva, or stock designs.

Flexible hours. There will be deadlines, but as long as you meet the deadline, the hours you work are up to you.
When I grow, you grow. I’m looking for someone who will be in the business with me for a long time, and as my business grows there will be more design opportunities.
Potential opportunity to work with large clients (I personally work with companies like Four Seasons, Marriott, Westin, Etc.)

Pay:
Initially pay will be based on a per design basis. I have lots of design opportunities but want to make sure we’re a good fit to work together before expanding the scope.

As of now my only design need is branding and alternate logos for a passion project but the scope could quickly expand to more design work for my main company (Click to view) if its a fit.
You will be paid based on the type of project produced.
You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.

Quick About me:
I am a full time resort and brand photographer who also owns an education company that teaches creators how to land high paid content deals with large travel companies such as Four Seasons, Westin, Royal Caribbean and more. My clients are established creators who have what it takes creatively to work for big time companies, they are just unaware of the business side of the industry.

This project will be making designs for an island wide baptism in Hawaii
