Job Type: Part-Time – Hourly and on-call
Merit-based pay increases available

Overview of the Position
Talentology – a Speakers Bureau and Talent Agency – is currently looking for an ambitious Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. This individual will work directly with the President and designated other members of the team to help develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines and reports, as well as provide support for social media graphics, as needed.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
–Meet with management to determine the scope of requested projects
–Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
–Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
–Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
–Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
–Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
–Perform retouching and manipulation of images
–Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
–Provide creative and innovative takes on existing designs to up-level brand image.

Results (Expected Accomplishments)
Successfully complete requested projects in a timely manner
Produce professional and visually appealing results
Contribute to overall increase in new customer open rate, conversion rate and engagement metrics.

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

Must be able to Read, Speak and understand the English Language
3-5 years of experience in graphic design
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills
Excellent eye for detail
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect information, establish facts and implement innovative solutions.
