We are a start-up creative marketing agency based in Southern California looking for a driven individual who has interest & passion in social media and email marketing. Our agency specializes in growing wholesale and retail brands for fashion, beauty and wellness worldwide. We provide a wide range of personalized services from branding, marketing, graphic design, photoshoot, paid ads and more!
In This Role:
You will work with our team to help with designing/redesigning logos, design front end of websites, design packages and labels, design emails and much more! Training will be provided and will be very useful to learn & know!
Responsibilities:
+ Design on Illustrator, Photoshop or XD
+ Design email marketing campaigns and create templates
+ Design logos and websites
+ Other marketing projects
Qualifications:
+ 2 or more years of experience in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and XD
+ 1-2 years in designing social media content
+ Know how to design in Canva or PicMonkey
+ Familiar with social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, & YouTube)
+ 1-2 years in email marketing
+ Desire to learn marketing and have passion building brands
+ Creative and has a great design eye (good at designing content)
+ Fluent in English
Preferred:
Experience in E-commerce (fashion or beauty) and/or B2B digital marketing
Job Type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week) with flexible work hours – **Potential of leading to full time employment!**
Hourly Pay: $2-5 USD starting hourly pay per hour based on current experience and potential for a hourly raise within 3 months of employment. The starting rate is based on current experience with the opportunity to grow in the role as well as the hourly rate. After the three months trial period, there will be an increased to the hourly rate based on performance. Please note, this is an entry level position with the opportunity to learn marketing strategies and be hands-on! If you are applying and is overqualified, we can negotiate roles and pay.
