Graphic, Web and Social Media Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Web and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to translate client requirements into visually stunning websites and graphics.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their design requirements and objectives.
2. Develop innovative website layouts and graphics that align with client branding and messaging.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
4. Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
5. Utilize industry-leading design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma to create high-fidelity designs.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities.
7. Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity and functionality throughout the development process.
8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Provide design support and guidance to other team members as needed.
10. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their design and social media marketing requirements and objectives.
11. Develop innovative website layouts, graphics, and social media assets that align with client branding and messaging.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience in web and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other design tools.
4. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
5. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
