Inspire KBB has grown steadily over the last few years, and we’re looking to take our clients’ marketing to the next level. We’re looking to employ another talented and experienced Graphic & Web Designer to work on marketing for local kitchen design companies in the UK.

As a successful and forward-thinking marketing agency, we offer print, digital and web design for these local businesses.

The successful candidate can grow with us, and opportunity abounds. We’re not a big, stuffy corporate business; you’ll work in a small, dynamic team and have a real impact.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Graphic Design, the Marketing Operations Manager, and other key team members. (We have other employees from the Philippines in the company.)

Regular TASKS will include, but not limited to:

Graphic Design
• Creating advertisements for print & outdoor
• Designing promo images for use across digital platforms (FB ads, email marketing, display ads, etc.)
• Designing marketing emails (MailChimp)
• Brochure, report, product sheet & stationery design
• Basic logo design and enhancements

Website Design
• Updating existing WordPress websites
• Creating new pages for existing WordPress websites
• Styling websites using CSS

You’ll need to be proactive and responsive, work closely with others, and, above all, have a great attitude.

The successful candidate MUST have solid experience, skills, and relevant certifications in these areas, along with these other general attributes:

Graphic Design
• Strong design skills
• High level of proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of email marketing systems (like Mailchimp)

Web Design
• Proficiency with WordPress
• Confidence with CSS & HTML

General
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Have a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality output
• A task-focused attitude with the ability and desire to get things done
• Great communication skills
• Has experience with Microsoft Office 365 and task management systems
• Be willing and available to attend regular Zoom video meetings

The successful candidate IDEALLY:

• Knows other Adobe Creative Cloud products
• Knows JavaScript
• Is familiar with Squarespace
• Is of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and will have a good level of practical business experience
• Has marketing agency experience or experience across multiple clients and sectors
• Has an appreciation of interior design

Hours: Part-time – approximately 4 hours/day (late afternoon/early evening Philippines’ time each weekday)

Part-time Salary: USD $500 – $1,000 per month, based on skills and experience

English: High-level written and spoken required

Reports to: Head of Graphic Design
