We are seeking for an expert-level Web Designer (for social media content, blog posts thumbnails, ebooks, ad creatives) who can expertly craft content primarily in the realms of Real Estate, IVF and other Digital Marketing sectors. Additionally, the candidate will need to create Social Media short form videos.

The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, images, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are maintaining a strong online presence and are brand consistent with their marketing goals.

———- Core Responsibilities: ———-

** Study design briefs and determine requirements
** Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
** Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
** Develop illustrations, images and other designs using software or by hand
** Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
** Work with copywriters and account manager to produce final designs
** Test graphics across various media
** Amend designs after feedback
** Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

———- Essential Skills: ———-

** Proven graphic designing experience
** A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
** Expert level on adobe suite and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
** Good level on editing with video software and technologies (such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere)
** A keen eye for aesthetics and details
** Excellent communication skills
** Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
** Creative and open to new ideas.
** Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
** Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

** Working with ai software like midjourney to produce ai generated content
** Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
** Other Software that we might use: Canva, Figma, Slack

** Choose Your Days: Prefer to have weekdays off? Or maybe weekends? As long as the work is consistent and of quality, we’re flexible.
** Evolution of Duties: Start with a 4-hour daily commitment, gradually moving to 6 and then 8 hours as we proceed.
** Our work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Philippine time, but your role has a lot of flexibility.
