Handydads Construction, Inc. is a General Construction company. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels as well as handyman service for both residential and commercial buildings.
Position Summary:
As a Graphic and Web Designer, you will be a key member of the communication team, utilizing your design and creative talents to guide the branding and design elements of our internal and external communications efforts. This position is within the construction domain and is focused on helping home and business owners renovate their home and/or business.
Responsibilities:
Design and enhance external and internal communication on website
Ideate, produce and launch the monthly communications newsletter
Create digital and print graphics and content
Video production for commercials, youtube, social media, training, etc.
Proven ability to:
Interpret business design needs into feasible graphic design ideas and information
Design and maintain the communications collateral including websites, emails, various print projects, video and signs
Set and maintain high standards in keeping our brand consistent throughout all platforms
Explain your ideas, designs and best practices in order to successfully convince, motivate and inspire stakeholders
Collaborate with peers, product managers and techies through the entire product lifecycle
Proven ability to deliver high quality designs to customers/stakeholders in a collaborative environment
Creative experience in consumer web design with emphasis on branding is a plus
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and deal with workload peaks without compromising standards
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with functional team partners
Effective communicator
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field (e.g. visual communications, interaction, product design) or equivalent experience
